You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you process through Cadenza. We access your ALM data solely to provide the service, using credentials you supply.
For SaaS deployments, we maintain backups and implement security measures to protect your data. For VPC and on-premise deployments, data remains entirely within your infrastructure.
Cadenza uses artificial intelligence to generate requirements, test cases, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by qualified engineers before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose, including safety-critical applications.

Cadenza integrates with third-party ALM tools (Polarion, Jama, DOORS, etc.) and AI services (Azure OpenAI). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our SaaS platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadenza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cadenza harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
